2006 Reunion at Hernando, Mississippi
Registration and Visitation - Friday, September 22, 6:00 pm, at the
Timbeaux Restaurant by Courthouse Square followed at 7:00 p.m. buffet dinner.
After Dinner, introduction of guests and a short program.
Saturday, September 23 at 9:00 a.m.
Chartered bus from Super 8 Motel toured the Hernando area and visited the burial sites of Henry and Lemuel,
who moved to the Desoto County area in the 1830's.
We also visited several Banks properties,
visited the Old Hernando Cemetery where numerous members of the Banks family lie in peace,
finishing up at the historic Desoto Museum for a meeting
followed by a catered Mississippi barbeque.
